A key purpose of the Goshen Guide is to bring information and resources together into one place. We have worked towards this purpose by archiving content, creating maps, and designing search interfaces. But what happens when the ideas and stories we are trying to preserve aren’t in an article, but rather in someone’s head?
In order to preserve the stories from some of Goshen’s key figures, we partnered with the Goshen Historical Society to record and publish a series of oral histories. We hope oral histories spark joy, learning, and remembrances of some of what makes Goshen such a unique place.
