The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy is a compilation of data, information and economic development priorities for the Michiana region, developed and articulated by local residents and community participants. The purpose of the CEDS is to provide a detailed profile of the community’s vision for the four county—Elkhart, Kosciusko, Marshall and St. Joseph—area. The CEDS aims to facilitate regional discussion, to coordinate, cooperate and develop comprehensive regional actions to improve and sustain growth.
