The idea of Common Spirits was born out of our (Jami and Ryan Hawkins) minds in 2013. Jami, a service industry veteran, while working as a bartender at Pizzeria Venturi had a thought that she might want to open a place of her own with classic cocktails with fresh ingredients. We decided to investigate what it would take to accomplish this.
